I found yoga 7 years ago when feeling like something was missing in my life, initially attracted by the intensive hot yoga styles, my practice over the years has got slower and more introspective. Whilst I still love the intensity of a dynamic class, yoga has given me the skill to be in tune with what my body needs, sometimes that’s an intensity to move through any stress and emotions, and other times it’s gentle stillness that gives space for centering yourself in the present moment.

Teaching since 2020, my style is based around creating body awareness and self-acceptance. My teaching is trauma informed, offering opportunities to listen to and challenge your body, to move in a way that feels good and honour wherever you’re at, as the place where the magic happens.

What to expect in my classes is a carefully curated experience that includes mindful embodied movement, flowing transitions with clear instructions, the technical aspects of how we activate our bodies for more intensive postures, opportunities to honour and challenge your body, set to a modern feel-good playlist that follows the pace of the class.

My class styles include Vinyasa, Mandala, Hatha, Yin/Yang and Yin, all with the thread of becoming more embodied and having increased self-awareness to take with you outside of your yoga practice.

I offer private 121s, private group classes (e.g. couples, Hen do’s or one off events) and corporate classes.
